1、 Special precautions for Shanghai LUGB fluorine lined vortex flowmeter:

1. The installation of instruments requires cutting the pipeline, so before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the fluid in the pipeline has been emptied (except for the installation of pressure instruments), especially high-temperature and high-pressure fluids such as steam, to avoid accidents;

2. It is prohibited to install flow meters, pressure transmitters, etc. on pipelines for welding operations;

3. When packaging or insulating high-temperature pipelines such as steam, the flowmeter body and connecting rod should be exposed;

4. When installing a pressure transmitter, the condenser equipped with the pressure sensor should be filled with water before installing the pressure sensor;

5. After each pipeline stop, the valve must be slowly opened and kept open for at least 2 minutes before resuming flow;

6. The signal line should use shielded wire, and the direction of the signal line should be far away from the interference of strong electromagnetic fields. It is never allowed to be laid together with high-voltage cables.

2、 Wiring design of anti riot Shanghai LUGB fluorine lined vortex flowmeter:

The vortex flowmeter connected to the Zener safety barrier can form an intrinsic safety explosion-proof system, with the explosion-proof mark of Ex ia Ⅱ CT2-CT5. Please refer to the wiring instructions provided by the explosion-proof safety barrier manufacturer and the following diagram (7) for the wiring of intrinsically safe explosion-proof vortex flow sensors/transmitters and related equipment such as explosion-proof safety barriers and integration systems.

Precautions for Shanghai LUGB fluorine lined vortex flowmeter:

(1) Flow meters are installed in hazardous areas, and related equipment such as safety barriers, display instruments, power supplies, and computers must be installed in safe locations.

(2) The flowmeter should have a reliable grounding, and the explosion-proof grounding wire should not be shared with the protective grounding of the high-voltage system.

3、 Shanghai LUGB fluorine lined vortex flowmeter on-site display operation instructions:

1. In operation:

Press the "Accumulate" button to display the instantaneous flow rate and accumulated amount.

Press the "Frequency" button once to display the frequency measurement value.

Pressing the "Content" button will display frequency (Fr), temperature (C), compensation density (dE), density compensation method (Ur), set density display (dEn), flow coefficient (U), damping coefficient (Lr), upper flow limit (FH), lower flow limit (FL), etc. in sequence.

2. In the set state:

Press the 'Accumulate' button once to shift the desired character (flashing character);

Press the "Frequency" button once to change the desired setting character (flashing character);

Press the 'Content' button once to confirm this page and flip through.

3. Entering the setting state and setting method:

Press the right button first, and then press the middle button at the same time to enter the setting state. At this time, the display screen will show a flashing word of density U. You can use the left button to shift, the middle button to change the flashing word, the right button to confirm, and the page to sequentially complete the density compensation method (Ur), set the density display (dEn), flow coefficient (U), flow upper limit (FH), flow lower (FL), and damping coefficient (Lr) settings. For example, if the flow coefficient needs to be set to 123.45, first enter the setting state. At this time, the display shows U-XXXXXX, and the first digit is flashing. Press the middle button to display 1 on the first digit, then press the left button (move to the second digit, and the second digit is flashing), press the middle button to display 2 on the second digit, and so on until the last digit is set. After confirming that the set number is correct, press the right button to confirm and display the next parameter setting. When all parameter settings are completed, press the right button and the middle button to exit the setting state and enter the running display state.
